Nikki Beach Global has revealed plans to collaborate with Abu Dhabi’s master developers ‘Aldar’ to construct three residential properties on Al Marjan Island. The residences will be fully furnished apartments under the Nikki Beach Global brand, offering residents a luxurious living experience.
The apartments will feature spacious balconies with views of the Gulf, and residents will have access to a range of amenities including a signature clubhouse, spa, fitness centre, restaurant, retail outlets, and a hospitality suite.
The residences will be strategically located between Rixos Bab Al Bahr and DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island, both of which were acquired by Aldar in 2022.
Nikki Beach Global has five hotels and resorts, branded residences, a fashion division, special events, and a non-profit charity named Nikki Cares.
Lucia Penrod, CEO of Nikki Beach Global, expressed her confidence in Ras Al Khaimah as the perfect destination for their expansion, stating that it offers a new way for their loyal clientele to celebrate life.
Jonathan Emery, Chief Executive Officer at Aldar Development, echoed this sentiment, highlighting the partnership with Nikki Beach as crucial to developing an unparalleled residential offering in an emirate that is rapidly growing as an investment hub and tourism destination.
Al Marjan Island is shaping up to be one of the most exciting islands in the UAE, with a considerable number of luxury-class hotels and restaurants already present.
The island is set to welcome more big names, including a Rove Hotel, Le Meridien Marjan Island Resort & Spa, the UAE’s second Earth Shore, a Nobu Hotel, and the UAE’s first confirmed Casino, Wynn Al Marjan Island.
This development is a testament to the growing appeal of Al Marjan Island as a destination for luxury living and tourism, and the partnership between Nikki Beach Global and Aldar promises to add to its allure.
