Dubai is set to transform into a magical winter wonderland this December. Ski Dubai has announced the return of its much-anticipated festive event, which will run from December 1 to December 25, 2023.
Despite being located in a desert region, Ski Dubai promises to bring the magic of a white Christmas to its visitors. The indoor ski resort has planned an array of activities to celebrate the holiday season, turning its snowy slopes into a festive playground.
Early bird tickets for the event will be available for purchase from November 13 until November 30, after which standard ticket prices will apply. The packages start from Dhs120 for early bird tickets and Dhs150 for standard tickets. These include a meet-and-greet with Santa Claus, a surprise gift crafted by Santa’s elves, signature hot chocolate, fleece gloves, and a printed photo as keepsakes of the memorable experience.
For those looking to spend the entire day at the snow park, a special package priced at Dhs295 is available. This includes unlimited access to the rides and a personal interaction with Santa Claus himself.
The festivities at Ski Dubai extend beyond the snow park. Visitors can enjoy breakfast with Santa, movie nights at the Snow Cinema, and participate in festive fun runs. The event promises unlimited snow park access, ensuring a full day of fun and frolic in the snow.
In addition to Ski Dubai’s Winter Wonderland, Dubai’s festive calendar is packed with other exciting events. Expo’s Winter City is set to return on December 8, while Madinat Jumeirah’s festive market will open its doors on December 15. Both events offer free entry to visitors.
A new addition to the city’s festive celebrations is the Christmas market at Emirates Towers, scheduled to take place between December 14 and January 4. Curated by the M2L team, the winter district at Jumeirah Emirates Towers will feature a giant Christmas tree, huge snowmen, and a massive advent calendar, among other attractions.
With such an array of festive events lined up, Dubai is all set to offer a memorable holiday season to its residents and visitors alike. As the saying goes, you’ll regret missing out on any of this year’s festivities.
